		<description>I use packaged pizza crust mixes which don't require yeast but do require proofing. They work just as well, but what I find really adds zip to the crust is by adding some additional spices like oregano, crushed red pepper and garlic to the dough before rolling it out. It makes the crust very savory!

I often wondered what the name of that newsletter I used to receive was and now am happy to be able to read it on-line.
We are now retired and in need more than ever of these tips, many of them known but new ones also.  
Thanks for being available on-line and the testimony at the top of your home page.  He is our Savior also.....
